My visit was unbelievable! Great customer service! In the finance department where a discussion takes place, it would be beneficial to have a professional point out areas not covered by your ins. I gave my billing a second look and wished I had asked the importance of a certain procedure not covered because that alone may prevent me from getting the work done.
