And upon calling this dealership the lady who answered the phone was beyond friendly and willing to help in any way they could! I had an appointment for 11 am on 7/2/20 to look at a set truck (I was ready to buy), once I arrived the staff did not know I was coming. Then a salesman walked me around the car lot looking for the truck and he told me he was going to get the keys while I looked for the truck. About 10 min later I walked into the lobby to see what happened to the guy and about 4 staff members could not find the keys. Then they tell me that the coach at Troy Univ was using it as a demo. VERY Unprofessional !!!!

I bought a 2020 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Altitude and had a wonderful car buying experience. Clai Smith got in touch with me and found out exactly what I wanted, sent me pictures, and sold me without me ever walking in the dealership! He then had it delivered to me! It was so easy and convenient. I LOVE my new Jeep!! Thank you Premier and Clai!!
They contacted me on Facebook Messenger saying I asked them if a vehicle was available. I never did that. Harassment!
First could have done everything they should have done to fix my vehicle instead of saying I had to pay for it when come to find out it was under the powertrain warranty that I have (which is a lifetime) and when I stopped on May 13, 2020 looking at vehicle they could not see anyone on the lot for the front windows being blocked with vehicles and a salesman was watching me but he was with another customer and no-one ever came out of the building. I had the most easiest and best experience with Clai Smith! I have never bought my own vehicle and especially one this nice so I was a little freaked out haha but Clai said don’t worry I’ll walk you through everything and he did exactly that!
