I took my car there to have door handle scrapes fixed and all the pings and dings fixed. And 2 spots on hood fixed. My estimator saw every thing I wanted done !! 3 days later all that was fixed was door handles ! Not happy ! Will NOT take no more vehicles there !
My husband had his truck fixed in a timely manner and it looks as if nothing ever happened. Very pleased with their work! Thank you for a great job!
My car was taken there by my insurance company to get fixed less than a year later the body filler and paint cracked. They refused to fix it because "that panel had pre existing repair work" but they sure fixed it when my insurance payed them 1100$ but they wouldn't warranty iy because it was repaired years before... Typical crook body shop. They should take down the lifetime warranty sign down the front of there building because its total b.s.
As a local author with three published novels, I'm pleased to say that my experience with Premier Auto Body had a very happy ending. They coordinated everything with Enterprise and my insurance company, so I didn't have to worry about anything and they did excellent work.
Unfortunately I am a regular....Probably 3-5 times a year for the last 15 years. Always a fare price and a great job. They make it easy for me every time. Can't be beat!!
