Progressive Inc sent me here in May 2019 for an accident, I also paid out of pocket for a different repair they didn’t have fender lined up grill sticking out about an inch paint not matching. I pick it up they had spray over all on bumper they buffed to plastic grill nothing lined right took back busted windshield grill broke and brackets to radiator broke took back 5 times just blew me off. It took 5-6 weeks to get my car repaired because a part was on back order, and they kept me informed every step of the way and coordinated with the insurance and rental companies on my behalf, making the whole process seamless and really easy for me. RecommendedPremier Auto Body has performed work on my SUV twice. The first time I had it worked on, a tractor trailer backed into me. Twice! The work was excellent! Recently, I had a sneezing attack while backing out of my garage. The front end sustained $2,100 worth of damage. I didn't hesitate to have Premier work on my vehicle again. The quality of work is superior; everyone is so kind and, when I picked up my vehicle, it was spotless, inside and outside! I rate them FIVE STARS!
They are there for the insurance company, not you. I hit a tree coming home on interstate. This is the shop progressive picked. When I got to the shop, no one came out and talked to me or looked at the car. Someone called me the next day and told me what they thought the damage was. When I told them they left some stuff out I was told I was lying. So now I'm left with a dent in my front fender, scratched down my car and a chipped windshield. A few days ago the wind blew my driver's door open when I was getting out and damaged the hinges so it didn't close smoothly. Rick and the team at Premier fixed it for me at no cost. Thanks for the excellent service!!
