the company was great for the most part up until I decided to end my month to month rental with them. they tried to charge me for all of December even though i gave them the appropriate notice just hadnt been able to give them the address until the 13th of November. Worst rental company out there. Does not have any interest for the renter at all.
Preferred Property Management NW literally the worst property company in the world. It’s taking them over a month to repair a microwave with no communication on the status. Also no reply when we request an update. Now our washer and dryer has been broken for almost a month and a half, they said they are replacing them. So last week they pulled the old ones out (still haven’t put the new ones in) empty room! Plus they are replacing them sometime around Christmas maybe with coin operated one...
