STAY AWAY!!!!! Al leader is like a used car salesman!!! He will sell you a house and make you all kinds of promises and when you ask him for them he can't seem to make them happen. Al and Preferred Properties were also my property managers. I bought a separate warranty on my home for any repairs that may need to be made.
