I went to perferred pain for around 3-4 yrs and I may have called in 3-4 times to cancel. I had to cancel March appointment because I had to go to gallbladder dr. they took it upon them self to cancel the one for April 7th, we'll I received a letter in mail from them dated for April 3rd they are no longer going to see me due to to many canceled appointments. the thing is I asked on April 7th when I go in and they said they didnt see me on schedule that it would be 2 or more weeks that they have no appointments ok well what a... read more
I started going to see Dr. Lou Frenette a little over one year ago. At the time, I was in tremendous pain & could barely walk due to cervical spinal stenosis & lower back dics issues. The pain caused both legs to hurt & my pain level was at approximately 9 on a scale of 1-10. Dr. Frenette & his staff performed several assessments of my pain to confirm its origin. WORST doctors ever!! Dr. Frenette should NOT be licensed. If you do not have the "procedures" in the back room here, you'll receive a letter of termination of services and if you cannot get under another pain management physician's care before your prescription runs out, then, you're on your own during withdrawals. There's no HIPPA here. Dr. Frenette did a procedure on me and he caused issues that I now need surgeries to repair. Please DO NOT let him touch you or someone you care about. I have been suffering with neck, back and leg pain for many years. I got to the point I could not continue to deal with the pain. My Doctor sent me to Preferred Pain Management in Trussville. I have been going to Dr. Frenetic for 2 months. In 2 months Dr. Frenetic has helped me tremendously. I would highly recommend for any patient who suffers from pain.
