While we are grateful for the landscaping project they did (installing sprinklers front and back and planting several trees), and how much better our front and back yards looks now, I am incredibly disappointed with management for not telling us that they found a leak until a week after it was discovered. We would have loved to have known about it so that we could get working on fixing it right away. Even when I brought it up to the owner, he did not apologize for lack of communication.
