Very courteous and they work with you. Answered all questions that I asked and made sure everything was done to my request. Will definitely recommend them.

They’re reliable about coming on the day that they’re supposed to come and mowing the lawn. However, they’re poor at responding to emails and requests to have tasks taken care of on the property even though it’s included in the service
Replaced landscape, lighting around pond and pathways. Timely and quality workmanship. Needed to adjust the lights after installation not an issue with the contractor because lights were installed in the daytime.
Everyone at Preferred is so eager to provide all the help I need. They keep the yard looking great and are always so helpful.
