Visit on 06/19/2013 The visit was great, fast, the workers are courteous, extremely pleasant, Dr. Palanca is awesome, the only problem I have is that since I don't have insurance and didn't have the money to get service, that I had to just leave in pain. I only wish there was a payment plan available. Overall rating is an "A". I totally recommend Dr. Palanca for anyone.
Satisfied Dr. Palanca was so good at cleaning my teeth it was like she could do it with her closed. I was confident in her performance and left with a smile. Her staff was friendly and energetic. With my orthodontic appliance one of the dental assitants gave me two toothbrushes before i left instead of one. I was so happy. Braces make you go through toothbrushes like crazy.
I want to thank the entire staff at Preferred Dental for a wonderful dental experience (if that is possible). I felt like I was the only one there receiving services as they took care and concern for my work. Thanks Dr. Caron and staff, you ROCK!
