Lousy watch repair – I brought my Seiko watch in for a batttery. They said I could use a new chrystal and I agreed. A week later I had to call them to see if my watch was ready and the girl there said it was. (She also said that she would call me when it was ready) she had not. I wore my watch to the lake where it completely filled with water. I took it back. A month goes by. My watch "is not in my 'out' box" the girl says. Great Customer Service! – Precison Watch And Jewelry is a family owned fine jewelry store thats been in buisness for 33 years. They are very trustworthy and the only store I could find to repair my jewelry WITHOUT sending it out of their store. I also learned that they also do clock and watch repairs.
