Bottom line this shop is honest, trustworthy, and hardworking. My first visit to Precision Tune Autocrat was for an alignment and oil change on my F250 truck. I was quoted a price and did not pay a penny more even though significantly more time, a few extra parts were needed. If you need a mechanic in Jacksonville, NC this is the place go.

I got some work done to my 2001 Nissan maxima and when I went to pick it up it looked as if they sat a part on my hood and it slide off and it left scratches all over my hood. I was very upset and when I asked them about it they said they didn't do it and asked me to leave. Very unprofessional I would not recommend going especially if I had a nice car
went in to get an oil change and when it was done the manager then told me my truck needed all this work (new power steering pump, a missing air filter,windshield wiper blades and some other stuff. He seemed to be trying to say i needed all this stuff done which by the way the estimate came to around almost $1,000.00. I could tell he was shady and told him no, just wanted the oil change..
