Exceptional customer service. I used to take my car to a shop elsewhere for oil changes and I didn’t realize that they had damaged my car and tried to cover it up. I took it to Precision for an oil change and they told me what they found, I didn’t even have to ask. They worked with my tight budget and got me back on the road. They have definitely earned my business and my respect. Thank you Precision for taking care of me and being honest. My car is running like new thanks to you. I will definitely be back!

I went to Precision Tune Auto at 4221 Hixson Pike in Chattanooga, TN. They admitted that their employee messed up my car adding parts I didn't need and said he had been fired. When I returned to have them check their work because I still have issues, Sandy, the manager called the police on me. This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever had.
