The worst hospital I have ever witnessed in my life. I would give ZERO stars if possible.
Visit my brother at Princeton Baptist, I was there three days and his room got cleaned one time. Yes, one time in three days. The linens and trash got picked up but nothing got wiped down and sanitized and the floor got mopped once. His I’ve pole had poop on it when I got there and it was still there when I left theee days later. I didn’t clean it because I was gonna see how long it was gonna stay there.I asked a few times for a broom and mop and never got it. He is fighting an infection that they can not figure out. I told my nurse Loretta Preston not to abandon me, but she did. I had to moved to the thrid floor after having my twins; CICU. I was told I had to request medication for pain they couldn't just let me rest and bring my meds on schedule like I asked even after giving birth!!!!!!! I walked out AMA no doubt they were going to kill me. Don't go here!!!!!
The hospital is very welcoming. Everyone has a smile on their face and is ready to help whenever needed. It is a beautiful facility located in an underserved community, providing hope and access to care for those who need it most. You can truly feel the positive energy throughout the hospital and the dedication of the staff to serving their patients and community.
