Showed up when he said he would, called when he said he would and the work was fine. Price seemed a little steep for the hours put in, but I didn't have any comparisons from other quotes. Cleaned up ok but left several water bottles we had provided on the ground. Overall, I would recommend.
Very pleasant, always on time, responsible and responsive.
Graziano and his crew did a very nice job. He cleaned and stained my cedar shingles without making any marks with the powerwasher.

Answered calls quickly when I left a message with a questions. Very pleased
Communication started out great then deteriorated. I cleared deck for the work then forgot to turn the water on (just figured out how to turn it off last fall) When I returned the call to Graziano 10 min later he had moved on to another job. Totally understandable. I was close enough to run over and turn water on but that wouldn't work. OK. Graziano pressure washed my fence. It looks great, his price was reasonable.
On time - very attentive to what needed to be done - very pleasant to work with. There were some elements that didn't come off during the initial washing so he is investigating what can be used to remove these elements. I will recommend them to everyone!
Extremely prompt with response. He did a great job within the week at a very reasonable rate! I would recommend him to anyone.
