Get a detailed description of what will be done IN WRITING. Never got a straight story about the work that will be done. First the washing will be done with chemicals that contain no bleach. Then, no chemicals but 250 deg temp water which will clean everything. Then, 120 deg water because there are painted surfaces. In reality, all the washing was done with plain regular temperature water out of the tap.

Let me start out by saying that the customer specifically did not want to use any cleaner. The power washing job included a small front porch, 2 wooden columns and a garage door. Since the customer was opposed to using cleaners, I relied on just using hot water. On the porch I used 250 degree water since it was stone and on the wooden columns, I turned down the temperature significantly to prevent damaging the columns.
