Very professional, on time, competitive pricing, even hired him to powerwash my house after the deck was done! I'll definitely call again if I need something else.
He did not do a good job. Without powerwashing the front side, he tried to convince me that it is done. He only spot cleaned the house. I had to give him money before the work was completed as I was going away and could not wait until work was finished. As per the agreement, he was supposed to power wash the deck furniture also, but did not clean tables. Business response:
This simply is not true. I did the entire house as agreed upon. Deck furniture was also power washed. The only thing that wasn't, was a GLASS table. Yes a GLASS table. I repeatedly told you that trying to power wash a glass table could break it. I also came back when you called to inspect the house to see if any mold or dirt was left behind and it was NOT.
Graziano did an excellent job with removing the mold on our two-story home, he was detailed and thorough in his approach and very accommodating. His customer service skills are superior - he responded immediately to our request, returned all phone calls quickly, stood true to his estimate for the work, and completed the work promptly and as promised. I would recommend him highly - an absolutely postive experience!
Graziano was wonderful to work with. He called me quickly, showed up when he said he would, and did an excellent job on my house, patio and walkways. I would not hesitate to use his services again., He did a great job.
