Service techs are excellent. The only problem is their pricing. Job cost is based on a book rate rather than the time it takes to do the job. For example I had three valves replaced under the kitchen sink...hot, cold and dishwasher. It took about 50 minutes to complete the work. Each valve was $119, service call was $68, 3% charge on using a credit card was $12.75. The credit card fee is ridiculous when you are charged that amount of money. Total was $437.75. The company was great and set up my appointment immediately. Dan was also great. Prompt, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He replaced a kitchen faucet and repaired sink plumbing quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.
Dan arrived And rapidly got to work fixing our problem. Upon completion made sure everything else was installed right on my Faucet. Great worker, friendly, efficient & fast.

I was so pleased with Dan’s remedy for my clogged drain issue. He was clean, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained what had happened, showed the results and then waited for me to run a test (was the washer drain) to assure that all was back in working order.
