I contracted with Precision Plumbing Solutions to plumb cold and hot water lines and a drain to a sink I installed in my garage. The technician **** was very knowledgeable, professional and worked swiftly - characteristics of a veteran with a lot of experience. The result was quality beyond what I would expect. Excellent company, they resolved my plumbing problem the same day I called them. The plumber sent to do the work was outstanding, knew what had to be done, did it professionally, cleaned up, and left when I was satisfied.

Couldnt get my drain unclogged. Plus charged more than original agreement
If I could give a NO STAR review I would. The “plumber” that came to our house did fix the original problem, but then broke the free standing sprayer on the kitchen sink. After he left, it also started leaking. When I called to ask that he come back out to fix it or be compensated, I was told that the “plumber” said it was already broken before he got there, which it was most definitely NOT. So, they refused to do anything. AVOID using this company; They are not good to work with!

When my plumber got on site, the sprayer was broken. We are a great company to work with. We feel this review is unfair as we shouldn't be responsible for paying for something that was old and broken when we arrived. If we had broken it we would have definitely paid for it. But in this situation this was not the case.
We called them today at 11:00 for a emergency due to a drain in our basement that’s blocked, our sump pump can’t empty out because of this. She was very quick to take my credit card information for the emergency service and to dispatch the plumber. She said he would when in route, he’s on another job. Called back at 3:00, said he would call he’s been on another job. Called after 5:00 and had to leave a message. Never called. At 7:50 pm someone in plane clothing no uniform in a Precision Plumbing truck showed up at my door. I... read more

We said we would call when he was in route. We don't give time on emergencies because we don't know when he will be done. We did try to call when we were on our way and there was a number transposed. I apologize for that. We do have plenty of customer that use us time and time again because we are a good company.
