I called them regarding a backup in my basement. Five weeks later, backed up again. This has never happened before. I called for them to come back but the wouldn't come because they only guarantee 30 days and indicated I may have another problem which I do not> Today is Jan 1, and they came out on November 21. Hello, we came out and snaked your drain back in November. We give a 30 day guarantee on drains as long as their isn't any underlying issues. When you called it was out of the 30 day guarantee. It didn't back up until you called so it wasn't due to workmanship. It is due to an issue in your line or use and abuse of the line. I offered to send a plumber out and suggested we run a camera. I usually do not provide feedback but wanted to in this case due to the exceptional work I received. I had my water heater replaced. I received same day service and was notified prior to his arrival that a plumber was on the way. Dan B. analyzed my specific situation and provided helpful tips for me to make the best decision. Fixed the problem in a timely manner. They worked with me to get a technician out to fix problem while I had other work being done. This enabled the other construction to get completed. Dan was professional.
A knowledgeable, courteous, well-trained plumber. He did a great job replacing the faucet, which we needed. He replaced the toilet shut off. Unfortunately we had a feeling that wasn't causing our leak. We still had water around the toilet and later found a dripping tank bolt. We felt dumb for not finding that sooner. We also felt a trained plumber should have found that. So we still have the leak which prompted the service call.
I think the price was fair for the work done and parts supplied. They also gave us a 10% senior discount..
