My spring broke on my door early this am and I called Precision left a message and Debbie called me back right away. She was very pleasant, professional, and had a technician out to my house immediately. Arnold was my technician and he was efficient, professional and had me on my way in no time. RecommendedI called Overhead Door first about the issues I was having with my garage door and opener and they did not even offer to come out to inspect it. Instead, I made the mistake of having Aksarben locks to come out and make keys for my garage door. They were supposed to help program new remotes for my garage door opener but they couldn't and somehow the electrical outlet for my garage door failed. Our garage door was knocked out of alignment due to a Mouse Trap-like series of events. The service technician that came out to service our garage, Franky, was not only on time, but early. He was extremely professional and courteous. The work that he did was top quality and performed extremely quickly. I highly recommend these folks, especially if there are more technicians like Franky. They deserve your business.

Arnold was amazing at explaining our garage door issues and how it would be fixed. They were at our house 3 hours after we called and overall extremely efficient. I was very pleased and appreciated Arnold for his work. I’d definitely recommend Precision to anyone!
