Arnold arrived earlier than the two hour window and waited for me to get home as I wasn’t there yet. Problem solved current issues and installed a new operator. Very polite and knowledgeable. 5 stars!!

I came home late and when I shut my garage door it came completely off the track! I was stuck with my car in the garage! I put a service call in to Precision the next morning and Ric was here in under an hour. He was courteous and explained what I needed in detail. Ric was friendly and efficient and got me back on track (couldnt resist the pun!!) quickly! Smooth and easy payment with an email and text receipt. I will be using and recommending Precision going forward!! Many thanks!! 🤗🤗
