We are very happy with the 2 new PDS800 openers that James installed for us. They are SO much quieter than the old ones, and the new rollers on the large door has made it virtually silent. Thanks!
Come home last night and getting ready for bed and hear a massive crashing sound in the garage at 1am. Looking around and don’t see anything, realize garage door opener isn’t working, finally found a broken cable on the garage door. Turns out the cable snapped & the spring snapped on the garage door. Called precision garage door at 7 am on a Sunday, fixed by 11:30 am. Highly recommend!
Our garage door was closing unevenly, gave Precision a call and got a technician out within a couple of hours. Rick was upfront about what needed to be fixed and how much it would cost. Great customer service and very kind. Precision earned a repeat customer.
