As an out of town buyer, Precision Mold Testing was amazingly helpful and prompt from start to finish. Anna was extremely helpful and scheduled an appointment immediately and the technician was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. A detailed report was provided and explained within hours of inspection. Highly recommend.
I had to switch my appointment a couple times and they where very accommodating with helping me find a time that work with my busy schedule. The technician was on time, professional and listen to my concerns. He even offered my some water and was his day off when he did the test. Also I had to call the office several times on the test results each time they where very curtsies and professional. Great customer service!!!

Precision Mold Testing is as good as it gets for inspections. I used them for a home mold inspection on a potential purchase. Ken was my inspector. He was very professional and walked me through the ins and outs of the home. He really took his time and really had my best interests in mind. Plus, his reports were excellent and I received all of them quickly. One thing to note - his prices are fair. But you really do get what you pay for. It's very small compared to the price of a home. We called precision mold testing in the last moment due to the home inspector report.. which found moisture in the bathroom.. we were panicked but Roger from Precision mold testing came out on the same day and provided a inspection report and lab results in less than 24 hours.. Thank god turned out okay we were able to close escrow on time. Thanks for Precision Mold Testing :)
We used Precision Mold Testing when we were buying an older 4-plex near the ocean. Ken the owner was very helpful explaining the process. They were very accommodating on times for testing, and returned the report within a day of the inspection.
