10/10 all the way around - from the quick response, to a same-day appointment, to their professionalism & calm demeanor while handling my daughters lice. not happy about the situation that led us to them but thrilled beyond words with their service & would highly recommend to anyone needing a lice consult, exam or treatment. best in BHAM!
They do an amazing job at Precision! They are professional and the facilities are so nice. You feel like you are at a hair salon. Kim is so kind and wonderful!!
So thankful for this place! Being lost on what to do and how to handle it these ladies took care of us! Four kids is a lot to handle but they were so patient and kind and made us feel comfortable! I’d recommend them to anyone in the same sort of situation.
