Will was an outstanding technician, and a credit to Precision!
The door required replacement, which we were not prepared to do. The worker helped with a temporary repair which is still working. We were pleased.
I thought the price was steep for the parts that had to be replaced
The amount charged to replace rollers and springs for 2 doors ($900) was excessive - for a job that took at most 1.5 hours.
