Did a very good job and arrived at the house less than three hours after placing the call. The work was done quickly, and the repairman was very courteous and professional. The mark-up of the parts seemed excessive, ($110 for a spring that could be bought on-line for less than $30).
They referred me to someone else and said they weren't doing this type of residential work. I believe it was because I already had bought an opener. "Fair" was default.
Technician was extremely competent and pleasant.
The job turned out to be simple. He didn't charge me for it.
I got one price over the phone and a different price at my home.
