Like everyone said they are overpriced. I was charged $401.00 and the repairman was here less than 30 minutes. When I called to complain about the amount, because another repairman had quoted me $120.00 less, (I wasn't here and my husband authorized the repair), I was told they use "quality" parts. I told them the parts were only $71.00 and was not my complaint. It was $300.00 for a "rewind/reset." Which was in a way false advertising, because I was told the price would be $29.00 + parts.
