My technician called me to let me know he was on his way. He assessed the situation and gave me the quote. He performed the work and was done quickly. He fixed the damage I created.
Very pleased with our service appointment. I found Precision using BBB and they lived up to expectations. ****** was very polite and explained everything he did. He listened to our issues, addressed each repair and was noticeably proud of his work.

Has used Precision several years ago to replace my springs. Great experience, fast, and professional. Just had an issue with my opener. ****** showed up within ************************************************************************ a matter of 10 minutes. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared many options for when I do replace the opener and door in the future. Highly recommend Precision based on my experiences and ****** represented the company at the highest level.

The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. He provided detailed options which allowed me to make the decision that was best for my home and budget. Hopefully, I wont need them anytime soon, but will call them if I do.
The technician did an excellent job. My door spring had broken. He also found my cable was splitting. He explained the function of those parts and the function of all the other parts. He pointed out that my rollers were worn pretty bad and I agreed to replace them. He was very understanding of my needs. I highly recommend Precision Door. He completed everything in a timely fashion and had very little to clean up.
Precision sent someone out the same day I called. I was surprised and impressed. ****** did a great job. I can finally use the garage door.Thank you
