My garage door stopped working on a Sunday. Precision was able to send someone out on today, January 16, 2023. The representative arrived early which made it better. He explained everything and replaced the needed parts to repair my garage door. He was professional and knowledgeable about the repair work. I recommend this company for all of *********** and new garage door openers.

This is an amazing local group Does exactly what they say, not pushy and very very professional. I live in Monroe and my garage door was reviewed/inspected and I was given several quotes for what I wanted to have done. Nothing was ever tried to be up sold. ***** did his work and I felt very comfortable with him here- very polite! An hour later door was up N running. Precision was able to come the same day we called. The technician called 10 minutes prior to arriving when promised. He was very courteous and professional and explained exactly what the problem was and what was needed. He fixed it quickly and we will definitely use Precision again.
