Very professional, explained in detail what we needed for our garage door.
Rick came early, was incredibly helpful and polite, identified the issue immediately, and had replaced the entire motor and rail in about an hour. Do not use other places. I made the mistake of shying away first and using another company because they didn't charge a fee for a tech to come out. It is clear why they didn't charge - I was sent a teenager who "had done a million of these" and diagnosed my door without ever even touching it.
