The service technician, Carlos Flores, was very nice and helpful.
I attempted to obtain a quote for a garage door repair from Precision Garage Door using their "Get quote" link on their Google listing. Unfortunately, they were very persistent in trying to make an appointment the same day even though I mentioned multiple times that my schedule was very tight that day. When I requested another day, all communication stopped from Precision and the appointment was never made.
I had to repair the rubber gaskets on the bottom of my garage doors. The service was quick and Logan was very friendly.
Easy to make an appointment. Good communication. Technician Logan friendly, polite and efficient.
