My spring broke on my door, unable to open. Called precision and they had someone out there in a hour. Great service, Trevor did a thorough inspection of my door, explained all recommendations and prices. Performed repairs quickly. Very friendly, top notch service. Highly recommend Trevor and the company.
Bruce was awesome! We have a really old, heavy, wood garage door with ancient springs, and Bruce was willing to fix it. Unfortunately he went through all the trouble of replacing the springs and the door will need to be replaced completely. Bruce then had to do the entire work over again saving us over $1000 and instead just charged a small fee to help us get our trapped car out of the garage.
