I couldn't imagine a more disrespectful company to do business with. From a professional stand point, the quality and customer service of the company is non existent. They don't fufil the needs of the customers, instead they try to hike up the average retail and installment price to make a higher profit. Instead of providing quality work at a reasonable price like a reasonable company should. Owners live to screw over employees. Constantly yelling and cussing at their own people. Horrible people=horrible company
Had a garage door spring break over the weekend. Called Precision Door this morning and was able to schedule an appointment for same day. Our technician was Devion Hess and he did an awesome job. I would highly recommend this company based on the overall experience I had as well as the reasonable prices they offer.
Our technician Shelby was incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly assessed our issue and battled extreme cold to get us new garage door the same day. Thank you!
