RecommendedI’ve used Precision Overhead Garage Door KC three times over the years. They are always a pleasure to do business with and work me into their schedule quickly. The repair techs are extremely knowledgeable and explain things where it’s easy to understand what needs to be done. Plus, they offer discounts for repeat customers.
Had a hinge break on our garage door and they were there in two hours. Daray was fantastic — he worked quickly, fixed the problem, and was great about wearing a mask. No hard sell or fast talking, either. That was so nice! We planned to get a new garage door and opener later this year, anyway. I’ll be calling these folks when we’re ready!

Called for service due to a broken tension spring, Andrew Halvorsen was here in less than 2 hours. He informed me of the work that needed to be done and completed it. Very pleasant and professional young man. This company will be my go to for service.
Awesome service today by Andrew. This was the third time I've used Precision Garage Door and I continue to be impressed. Repairs were made very fast to the cables along with the 25-point safety check and door balancing. Price was reasonable and service was done within 24 hours.
Making an appointment is super easy and quick. The technician (Andrew) arrived in time and explained everything that had broke and gave me the estimates. I was able to pick which one worked best for me. Everything was fixed quickly. He made sure everything was working appropriately before leaving. I was able to utilize a coupon with paying.
I contacted Precision Door after having opening and shutting issues with my garage. A couple months ago I contacted another company and they took a couple days to come out, but within a couple weeks it started giving me problems again. Precision was out that same evening. Andrew was our tech and he was amazing. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it fixed within the hour.
