I called Precision today (a Saturday) and they had a tech out in about 3 hours. Daray Ferguson did an outstanding job. He saw immediately that the strut was bent and that the top panel had issues. This guy knows his stuff... He made sure everything was assembled correctly (fixing the last company's screw-up) and everything was adjusted properly. I am very happy with Daray and the company!
Sam, our door tech, was very efficient and knowledgeable. He began working the moment he pulled up to the house. He was very pleasant and patiently answered my questions. I will continue to use Precision Door and appreciate their good service and reasonable prices.

I called Precision Door @ 7am and they had an appointment, same day for us to get our door fixed. Andrew was awesome! He was early to the appointment and explained everything thoroughly for our fix. He was very polite and enthusiastic about the job. I would definitely recommend this company.
