I selected Precision Garage Door as it is Diamond Certified. They provided an evening appointment for me, accommodating my busy schedule. Cory W. provided outstanding, courteous repair service. He also educated me on the current condition and maintenance of my garage door. The garage door is operating smoothly now and is quieter than when I first had it installed. I highly recommend Precision and Cory W!

Had a garage door emergency on Friday after hours and this amazing company had a technician out to repair it by 11:30 am on Saturday. The awesome service, honest evaluation, superior work, and extremely fair price were a great blessing!
Awesome service. Door arrived at 7:30 a.m. to menards and I called metro right after and they picked it up and had it to my house by 9 am. Fully installed by Tom at 11:30. Very happy with how quickly they work. Tom also gave us good advice on up keep for the garage door. Should've actually purchased the door from them as well. Would've been less money and a better quality then menards.
Shout out for this wonderful business!!! Go to get kids from school today and garage has me trapped as a prisoner. Call around and no one can come until tomorrow afternoon. Called Metro Overhead and the Boss told me he would have a man out after 530 pm, most likely around 6 PM (no extra charge). Thank god this mama needs her wheels! After having the spring fixed, the door still wouldn't go up and gentleman here was stumped. He called the boss and he made a home visit at 8 PM. Definite great customer service! Well - I have very mixed experience with Precision. First - they are overpriced. Do the online research before requesting the services from this company. When Malek came he did not tell me the list of motors - I wanted one with smart/slow start/stop but Malek installed the Liftmaster 8355 even if company offers models like Precision with such features. I asked company for tuning and Mike did actually some adjustments but it still not what I need and the door makes some noise after it completes closing. Also be careful and co... read more
