My garage door broke this morning. Through the Angie’s list I was able to find Precision Door Service. Outstanding service, very knowledgeable technicians, top communication. The door got fixed in no time.

Josh was there same day as requested for emergency service to replace the spring. He walked me through the quote & some other items to look at *bearings & rollers, bearings were fine but the rollers on the 18 y.o. door looked bent n worn. So after about an hour, all was replaced and much quieter than before. After watching the process, this is not a d.i.y. project unless you want to spend most of your day doing it, hire the pro, Josh!

Family home has a very heavy redwood garage door. It has been shaking the track and making a lot of noise and not moving smoothly. Josh K and Precision work partner came out to see what they could do. They checked it out, gave me a quote and said it would take about 30 minutes.
