He also educated me on the current condition and maintenance of my garage door. The garage door is operating smoothly now and is quieter than when I first had it installed. Well - I have very mixed experience with Precision. First - they are overpriced. Do the online research before requesting the services from this company. When Malek came he did not tell me the list of motors - I wanted one with smart/slow start/stop but Malek installed the Liftmaster 8355 even if company offers models like Precision with such features.
