The front desk staff are unbelievable, and Dr. Smith is the gentlest dentist I've ever been to!
Great dentist and a great staff. In the past I have not enjoyed going to the dentist. But here I do not mind. He is the best dentist I have gone to. I have problems with anxiety, he and his staff have been great with making me feel relaxed in the office.

I can't thank Dr. Balon enough. My 5 year old son was in pain and he had never liked going to the dentist until today. Dr. Balon made my son comfortable and within a short time he was pain free. My son actually told me Dr. Balon is his friend and he can't wait to go back and see him. I have seen beautiful work and smiling faces come out of Precision Dental Center, from elderly, adults, teens and now my 5 year old! Thanks Dr. Balon, it means a lot to me!
Hands down the best dentist in nwi. I loathed going to the dentist in the past but Dr. Balon and his staff are amazing, I literally don't mind going, it's truly a pleasant experience. Highly knowledgeable staff, insanely clean office, high tech & the nicest group of people around. You will not be disappointed.
Dr. Balon does an excellent job. My husband had an implant done and we were really happy with the results.
