Always.have had great service. Staff is.excellent and doc is.the best. Never have had anything go wrong.
So, dentists rank in my top 3 fears, along side clowns and spiders. The good people at Precision Dental Center have successfully changed that! I have never been cared for with such thoughtfulness and understanding of a phobia that I have. I had to have more than routine maintenance done and was surprised by how little discomfort I had during and after the procedure. I really appreciated the phone call from Dr. Balon making sure I was doing well that night. Thanks so much too all of you!
The best damn Dentist and staff in the state of Indiana. I adore them. They are all kind and caring people. Dr. Balon is an awesome guy. They all are good at what they do.
Best dentist and staff! Everyone is super nice. Dr. Balon is great! Took my 3 year old for his first visit and he did outstanding. Kayla and Dr. Balon were wonderful with him. Would definitely recommend!!

A lifelong dentist for me and my family. Ive had bad teeth for a long time ao i was nervous about going to a dentist after hearing some bad stories about others. I found Dr Balon and i couldnt be happier with my choice. He and his staff are very courteous. Everyone especially Dr Balon and his hygenist Kayla are very knowledgeable about everything they do. My wife and I have been going here for a couple years now. Office is very clean. Receptionists are always friendly and knowledgeable. The dental hygienists there are awesome. Very easy to talk to and allow you to ask as many questions as you have. They constantly ask if you are comfortable or feeling any discomfort. I have had an extreme fear of the dentist for a long time after some traumatizing experiences. I needed some work done for years that I kept putting off because I would shake just making the phone call to set up an appointment. Dr. Balon and Danielle have honestly changed my life! They were so patient with me and I never felt like they were annoyed or impatient. I can't wait to go for my next cleaning...and that's something I never thought I would say!
I love this office and all the staff!! Best decision my family made was to move to Dr. Balon. They do a terrific job !!
