I was a bit apprehensive since it has been awhile since my last cleaning and Cami, my dental hygienist, was amazing! She put my mind at ease, I was never uncomfortable, she did a fantastic job and it went along like a breeze. She told me that she loves her job and it was certainly evident, thanks Cami :)
My daughter referred me to Dr. Balon and had my first appointment today and am more than pleased with the amount of care and kind consideration shown to me from start to finish. I felt that Dr. Balon and his staff had a genuine willingness to answer my questions and in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel comfortable and confident in the care I will receive.
It's been a while since I was in to see the dentist, and because of that I felt some anxiety going in. I probably should have just manned up and done it long ago because the entire staff from the receptionist to the hygienist, Marlene, to Dr. Balon were all exceptionally friendly. I had my first appointment here this week. If you're looking for a dentist office in the area, or just a new one in general; you should just come here. The office staff was very nice, hygienists were fun to talk to, and Doctor Balon made it easy and interesting to understand what I needed to do to correct my issues. The equipment is the nicest I've seen and their procedures made my visit quick and painless.
