I just wanted to say that Precision Dental has a very welcoming and professional staff! They were very quick to answer any question I had and everyone was exceptionally friendly. Looking forward to having more work done by this awesome group of people!
Just went there today and had 5 teeth pulled. Dr. Balon and his staff are very awsome and friendly. I would recommend them to anybody!!!
Met Dr. Balon during a painful meet and greet in Portage, Told him to either drill it, fill it or kill it............just make the pain stop! Come to find out my old dentist did not grind down my tooth properly, there was too much pressure on the one tooth (other dentists would of probably pulled it just for the money), but Dr. Balon took the time to explain my problem and the options I had. Dr Balon is the BEST dentist I've been to in 40 yrs. I have lots of experience in a dental chair and Im the biggest chicken when it comes to drillin and shots. My first visit with Dr Balon was fillings and i was nervous until he walked in the room. His chair side his calming voice his sense of really caring I became calm immediately. I had used the same dentist for a long time, even after I moved away from the area. So, I was living in Chesterton and driving a great distance to go back to the same dentist Just because I couldn't find anyone locally that compared. Dr. John Balon, is without question the best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Balon, knows his craft inside and out, and proves it when you go and see him. The Precision Dental Center is a state of the art facility and has all the bells and whistles. As a previous, current, and now future patient of Dr. John, I'm looking forward to the new office! I used to be the kind of person that would shudder at the very thought of sitting in that chair, but Dr. John puts me at ease and I didn't feel a thing. It's nice to not get that sinking feeling when I know I have to go back. I'm grateful he's my dentist!
