Your office is not very sympathetic to the working person's schedule. It is impractical to come in for an office visit 2-3 times to just get your teeth cleaned. An exam, cleaning, and x-ray evaluation should be performed on the same day.
Great staff and Dr. Bec was nice.
Really enjoyed my first visit to this dentist office. I was met with very friendly front desk people who made sign in very easy. The woman who took my x-rays was very professional and the technician that cleaned my teeth did an awesome job. For someone who hates to go to the dentist they made this quite a pleasant trip.
The good doctor has created an oasis of harmony in and around his entire practice. Dr Bec's "healthy obsession" is providing the absolute best patient care humanly possible! It's unique in today's high pressure business climate to see so many highly competent, caring Professionals happily working as one team. You will thank your lucky stars as you walk to your car.
Christine is terrific. Her calming presence makes for a comfortable experience. I like getting x-rays at the same time my teeth are cleaned -- one stop, so to speak. Dr Bec is very good. He explains everything, answers questions, and keeps the patient's needs in the forefront of discussions. Office staff keep appointments on track and payment process a breeze. Truly appreciate their keeping me advised of when my next appointment is due via text and email.
The overall feel of the office is comfortable and the personnel are warm and sincere.
My dental visit was very comfortable and on time as scheduled. I received excellent dental care and the staff was friendly and courteous. Thank you Dr. Bec and staff.
I always feel like everything has been explained to me. If I need options or further explanation I feel very comfortable asking. I think this speaks highly of Dr. Bec and his staff. They are like extended family.
