For a first impression our visit was OK and could've been better. The greeting was just average and didn't make us feel like we were important. I only say it because I used to work in an office and know exactly what to say to make people feel welcomed. I was told by Ashley that the Groupon deal was only for the month of February which gave me two days to decide to make an appointment, therefore felt rushed. Turns out the deal is still on. Dr Bec and his staff were professional, courteous and went out of their way to make me feel like I was their most important patient!
