Ben L was amazing. He was very thorough and explained all our options. He replaced our garage in just about an hour. He recalibrated our garage door (one side had loose tension) and put in the new unit. It has a camera which is great as my husband left the door open a few times. Great customer service! Highly recommend. I was shocked to get quick same day service on such short notice let alone on a Sunday.

I am very satisfied with the garage door repair service! The technician, Jo, arrived very quickly and started examining the issue right away. He was thorough in his inspection from beginning to end and quickly identified the problem.
