I went to return a part and they said I needed my receipt so I went home and got it and went back and they wouldn’t return it. They made assumptions that I had used it and I hadn’t. I decided to switch to a different platform for my pressure washer so it never got used and it had been 4 days since purchase. To top it off they were extremely rude and unprofessional. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This store has an extremely impressive inventory of high-quality products at a fair price. What makes Linde so special is the extraordinary expertise and service of the staff. Recently, I went to the store for a hard-to-find, very small, stainless steel screw (not available at other hardware stores). It was a $0.17 part. The team at Linde was happy to help me find the part, was extremely courteous, and their high-quality products are offered at a very fair price. I will be back again and again!

I understand that a business needs to make a fair profit, but $196 for a 30’ propane hose and two fittings seems exorbitant. Compared to online prices, it’s two to three times higher. Won’t be going back. So much for “buy local” and support small businesses.
