The food was good
Very disappointed in the service. Waited 15 minutes to be seated (with plenty of available tables). Waitress promised our granddaughter crayons, and finally came back and said she couldn't find any. Never did return to get our drinks or order. Waitress conversed with a neighbor table and never did acknowledge us. We finally left after tables that came in after us received drinks and such. We drove an hour to try the food....just couldn't wait for that long. (We visited on 4/30/14 between 4 and 5.)
Love Pratts, eat there when I visit my parents, it's awesome! If I win can I give the ham to my elderly parents in Bloomingdale? Thanks
Pratt's Spiral Honey Glazed hams are simply the best in the Tri. And the dine in all-you-can-eat catfish on Friday nights is a "must try" if you've not already. Delicious!

Pratt's hams are the best I've ever eaten! I have never been disappointed with a Pratt's ham. One try and you will be convinced. Not to mention, the staff has always been friendly and helpful. It would be an awesome Christmas to win a ham for my holiday dinner.
