Pratt's catered my wedding last weekend and my husband and I are still receiving compliments about the food. Tom's assistant Tiffany even took our rentals back so that my family didn't have to worry about it. The Pratt's team is very professional and down to earth. I honestly can't say enough good things about them and I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!

I hate that I can only give 5 stars to this amazing restautant. Decided on day on our way to north carolina to try pratts because a bigger name place next door was too full. Sooooo happy we did, We live 5 hours from here but will make the drive every,chance we get just to eat here. The food is amazing with a very homey atmosphere. Had Pratts cater our wedding and it was excellent. Not only did they come days before to make sure the space was large enough but set up that day as well. During the wedding it was great service, it went smoothly and when all the food was served they took down their decorations, etc. without disrupting the wedding reception. Not one person complained about the food everyone loved the pulled pork and especially the brisket. I will refer Pratts to anyone for catering and just those looking for good BBQ. The best buffet ever! Always get my moneys worth everytime i go!
We eat at Pratts once or twice a week. Always great food and service. Whenever we have out of town guests, we make sure they experience Pratts. Out best friends will be visiting in late July and they have already talked about a return visit! Will definitely make sure that happens!
We have been eating at Pratts for years but after the way we were treated today we will not be back. First, yes it was Father's Day and busy but that doesn't give your staff any reason to be rude. Second, $20.00 for an adult lunch buffet that wasn't any different from your regular buffet just because it's Father's Day? Third, when my three year old didn't finish her plate we asked for a box and we were told we couldn't take the food with us because it was from the buffet. Why? I am so sorry that you were not happy with our buffet. Our normal Sunday buffet does not have more expensive meats on it such as, Chef Carved Brisket and St. Louis Ribs on there. We are not allowed to give Togo boxes out on any buffet food. I wish you would have asked to speak to a manager so we could make sure you left happy. Bad service, and bad food. It took 10 minutes to get a drink order in. After we watched the waitress clean off all the tables before greeting us. There were barely any customers in there. I ordered Texas style beef brisket, I was disappointed. It was riddled with fat, And very chewy. Didn't remind me of smoked brisket. I then told the waitress of my discontent only to be met with attitude. The waitress slung my check and walked away. All of there sauces are mediocre at best.I won't be eating here again.

We are so sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We wish you would have asked to speak to a manager before you left so we could have made sure you left happy. Most people do not know that brisket has many different cuts to it. There are cuts with more or less fat. It all depends on what you like. We would have been happy to get you some better brisket.
