Definitely great food. I love the pulled pork, ham, and smoked chicken. The fish is amazing too. Don't forget to try the chicken and dumplings too. Their original bbq sauce is my favorite sauce that I've had to date. I love the lunch buffet. I frequently eat at Pratts. If something is ever wrong, which almost never happens, they will do everything they can to make it right.

This is the second time in recent weeks that we've gotten brisket from Pratts that we couldn't eat. The meat was stringy and tough. Their brisket was once the best in Kingsport. No more. Are they in financial trouble and buying inferior meat to cut expense? Additionally, not long ago, they literally had no brisket. I expect to see a For Sale sign any day.
Best buffet & best meal around. All their food is top notch. You will not EVER be disappointed!!!
Best brisket I've had outside Texas. Perfect char. Pulled pork, smoked turkey, and ham were excellent as well. Our server, Rachel, took great pains to accommodate the requests of my three little nieces and Tom, the owner, took the time to discuss his smoking technique. Great food and a great experience.
Used to be one of the best BBQ places around. But now they've changed the recipe of their so-called pulled pork. What we received today was chopped and thoroughly red in color as some sort of sauce has been added to it. Look through their photos, it's not the same BBQ, they're cutting corners.
Above average, but I've had better.
The display for our wedding and your staff are great! The food looked amazing and tasted just as great! Your staff was so friendly and we certainly did not expect to be served...which we loved so much! You all are very friendly and worked so well with us and the venue. You made it very easy for us to get exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We live in Georgia and loved working with you all. I highly recommend this caterer for any bride getting married. They do amazing work and make the whole process so easy and smooth.
Good BBQ and sauces. The honey glazed hams at the holidays are awesome!
