We love Pratt's! We usually come during the All You Can Eat Chicken and Pork on Saturdays, but we have tried most things on the menu and nothing disappoints! We love the meatloaf as well, it is different but tastes amazing. I would order anything off of their menu! We usually ask for Rachel who is outstanding, but we have never had bad service!

Went for the Saturday Breakfast Buffet and the Food was Good. The Omelet/Waffle Station is AWESOME and the Chef was very Friendly and all the items he made were Great. The bar food was Good, but they seemed to be having a hard time keeping up (Had to wait on a couple items) with demand. We never had anyone come to our table and take our drink order even after getting our Food. Went to tables seated after us and got their orders so not sure what the problem/confusion was. Hi Chad! I am so sorry about that! This past Saturday morning we were extremely short handed across the board. We had a 50 person party in the banquet room and a 30 person party at the same time in our back dining room with only 2 servers. We normally have 4 servers for busy days like that. It's normally not that hectic here! We had a hard time keeping the buffet stocked because of how hard it got hit at one time. I apologize for that! Definitely come back and try us out again.
Excellent service and excellent food. Our party of 12 enjoyed our visit!

Pratt's catered our wedding just 3 days ago. They were fantastic! The staff were very nice and professional. I've received many compliments about their food. Their ham was awesome!

Me and my family loved Pratts!!!!! Our food and waiting service were off the charts. We will definitely be going back!!! They had our food out within 15-20 minutes within ordering it. The staff was super polite. If ur ever in the Kingsport area u should definitely try Pratts BBQ!!!!!!!

I won a ham several years ago and it was the best ever.
Went today and had the Sunday buffet. It was our first time. All the food was fresh, hot and absolutely delicious. Huge selection and great price as well. Don't forget to leave room for dessert as we almost did. Will definitely return.
Great Food, Superb staff, Super Sweet Catering Manager Karen Poff, The TFA holds their meeting here monthly and we are always well taken care of. I hold Bible Study here on Saturday Mornings as well with a Community Prayer breakfast.BBQ Ribs, Chicken, Glazed Ham, and so much more. All you can eat Breakfast Buffet on Saturday only, and they will cater your event. I promise you will be satisfied.
