This was the best experience with an eye exam I've ever had. Dr. Gebhardt strikes the perfect balance with friendliness and professionalism. More than that though, she really listened to my description of symptoms I've been having, asked many, many helpful, clarifying questions. Ran and double checked several tests. She even provided me with some specific reports I could take to an upcoming neurology appointment. It was clear that she cared about my well being. This is quite a contrast to most of my previous experiences, whe... read more
We have been seeing Dr. Gebhardt for many years now. She and Autumn are great! Because it is a small office, you can usually walk right in with minimal wait time. She is very thorough and honest. Unlike some other eye doctors, she won't push you to buy new glasses if don't need them. I definitely recommend.
Dr C-K had had 5 emergencies to squeeze in before our 3:20 appt - 2 retinal detachments and 3 retinal tears. My wife was seen about 6:15, reassured that the previous week's repair looked good, and told to come back in 4-6 weeks. I asked if we could make it on a day he was not on call. He dealt with us, as with his other patients, in a completely professional manner and did not stint time with anyone, which I applaud. I could hear him explaining results and followups to patients in the adjoining rooms. I will recommend him to... read more
Dr. P.V is simply the best eye doctor I've ever had. I've gone from eye doctor to eye doctor, leaving feeling terrible because they've shamed me and made me feel like any issue with my eyes was my fault. Dr. PV strikes the perfect balance of carefully taking the time to explain to you anything you are concerned with but at the same time he keeps a tone that is not condescending and simply compassionate and kind.
Dr. is extremely rude and has no consideration for patients that would like to continue ongoing care at her practice. Would not recommend.
Unprofessional and rude
Had an immediate problem with my one functioning eye and Dr. Chung examined me immediately. She is well qualified, competent and kind. Can't ask for better.
Dr. Brown is a great eye surgeon who achieved stellar results for me. I was extremely nearsighted and had worn glasses since I was four. I was 67 when I went to him for cataract surgery. I was amazed at his meticulousness and precision--he brought my vision to 20/20 and 20/30. He seemed to take pleasure in these perfect results, and I was thrilled to have my vision restored. Dr. Brown has undoubtedly helped countless patients; he even performs eye surgery as a volunteer in undeveloped countries.
The technician, KAREN, was exceptional. I felt like a 'real' person not just another patient in a long line of never ending patients. Thank you Karen for being "real" and I enjoyed our time together. Dr. Brown explained everything very well. I really appreciated the multiple page handout he gave me regarding my condition. I simply cannot remember all that was explained and having something to read later is so great!
