This doctor takes time to explain everything. Kind and caring. Very patient with any and all questions. The staff is wonderful too. It is a busy clinic but I was treated as if they had all the time in the world.
Dr. P.V is simply the best eye doctor I've ever had. I've gone from eye doctor to eye doctor, leaving feeling terrible because they've shamed me and made me feel like any issue with my eyes was my fault. Dr. PV strikes the perfect balance of carefully taking the time to explain to you anything you are concerned with but at the same time he keeps a tone that is not condescending and simply compassionate and kind.
Dr. PV was knowledgeable and explained things very well. He gave me instructions to care for my eye issue and let me know that in two weeks his surgery scheduler would call me to schedule the procedure I need done. That was almost 10 weeks ago. I have yet to hear from the scheduler. I gave it a few weeks just because I know things can come up but 10 weeks is absolutely ridiculous. Especially because I have since called and left messages with no one returning my call. Hence my 1 star.
I would love to recommend Dr. Vallabhanath to any body. He is a very knowledgeable and most caring doctor i have ever met. My son had vision problems Dr. Vallabhanath had appointments with him Saturday and Sunday. On his day off visited with my son and took care of every little issues right away. A very caring and reliable Doctor. Thanks a million to Dr. Prashanth Vallabhanath. Premila Singh
